Kantar mencatat, pada hari-hari awal pandemi, penggunaan aplikasi tersebut secara global melonjak sampai 27 persen kemudian melonjak hingga 40 persen.

Berdasarkan data Facebook, total pesan pada platform baik Messenger, Instagram, maupun WhatsApp naik lebih dari 50 persen pada Maret 2020 dibandingkan Februari 2020.

Kekuatan sosial media memang tidak diragukan, termasuk untuk mendongkrak kegiatan virtual Anda. Namun perlu strategi agar komunikasi berlangsung efektif dan tepat sasaran.

Kantar noted that in the early days of the pandemic, global use of the applications rose to 27 percent and then, at a later time, soared to 40 percent.
